Job Description : We are looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role on our team. This role involves high exposure to different aspects of the business, including both client-facing responsibilities and internal software development.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strengths while assuming a great deal of responsibility early on in your career.

Gnosis Freight is at a critical point in its journey, allowing its employees to be an integral part of its rapid growth and evolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers’ logistics teams, warehouses, freight forwarders, and drayage providers.
• Convey critical information to our engineering team to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Tailor Gnosis’ proprietary software stack (no prior experience required) to meet clients' needs
• Solve complex supply chain issues with creative and innovative solutions.
• Learn and apply front-end and back-end development skills as desired.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (front-end or back-end).
• Python programming language experience
• Experience with customer support or client-facing roles.
