Local Intermodal nighttime truck driver
Home time : Daily
Experience : SIXMONTHS
Overview
- Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
- 99% no-touch freight that is mostly drop-and-hook.
- Drive in and out of railyards within Washington.
Pay and bonus potential
- Hourly pay and load pay.
- Wage Scale : Hourly pay of $15 for all on duty hours (Line 3 and Line 4 time) in addition to between $27 and $37 for each assigned shipment you complete (specific Shipment Pay rate depends on experience).
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus : Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Live within 30 miles of Kent, WA.
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
