What YOU will do :
- Supervise a team of permit coordinators in the completion of permitting / licensing tasks as necessary.
- Work with local and national permitting agencies to obtain proper permits as needed.
- Read, understand, interpret, and analyze permit data with high degree of accuracy to determine best practices for department permit goals.
- Work with local and national city licensing agencies to obtain proper documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers and field personnel to obtain appropriate permits for construction / rollout work being done in retail locations throughout the US.
- Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required by the subcontract and are current.
- Transmit documents between parties to ensure current revisions and changes are available to all parties.
- Act as the contact person in the office for the Permit Team regarding obtaining documents, contract information, and general project related information as necessary to complete permitting / licensing tasks.
- Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the course of all permit processes
- Perform other duties as assigned.
