ResiHealth seeks a Marketing Associate with 0-4 years of experience in event management. This role involves planning and executing events, engaging with communities, conducting patient surveys, and demonstrating high emotional intelligence to connect with members of the community.
ResiHealth provides advanced primary care focused on prevention and chronic condition management within affordable housing communities in Cleveland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic support of the marketing communications program, including efforts to convey the mission and brand of ResiHealth to various constituencies comprising of building residents, current patients, potential patients, and the public.
This includes print, website, and social media content production and assisting with social media efforts on-site or virtually.
The Associate will assist with event photography, video, website updates, etc. This position supports our Director of Marketing and People Engagement by creating creative and unique print and digital content that authentically reflects the ResiHealth brand and message, positioning ResiHealth as a leader in our local market.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute events for primary care clinics in affordable housing communities.
- Create and share visual content (text, images, video, etc.) across all of ResiHealth’s online platforms to engage with different audiences.
- Shoot, edit and produce video content of various lengths for online marketing channels such as Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook and ResiHealth website.
- Lead the ResiHealth social media efforts. Assist in overseeing the use of social media including training current staff and helping design a computer / media class for residents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication tools through market research, data collection and analysis.
- Build bonds with communities to enhance engagement.
- Conduct patient surveys on patient receptivity to the clinic.
- Collaborate with internal teams for event alignment.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions.
- Measure performance of the website by using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Requirements :
- 0-4 years of event planning experience.
- 4-year degree preferred
- Ability to engage diverse communities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Passion for healthcare and community engagement.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Team player, eager and ready to learn attitude.
