Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Job Locations : Virginia Zoo
3500 Granby St., Norfolk, 23504
Schedule : 9 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Open 7 days a week)
Pay Rate : $18.90hourly.
Job Duties :
- Utilize Point of Sale system (POS) to sell admission tickets, memberships, and other zoo items.
- Promote, upsell opportunities, and provide information to visitors on programs, events, and general information either at the ticket booth, membership desk or other sales locations.
- Assist with mail.
- Data Entry.
- Ability to work later (8 : 30pm) for special occasions and / or events.
Requirements :
- High school or equivalent.
- Friendly attitude since working with the public.
