Our client, a manufacturer of foam products and related services is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their location in Fullerton, CA.
The ideal candidate would need knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Responsibilities include handling incoming requests from customers and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly in a calm, professional demeanor.
The Day-to-Day :
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including order entry, multi-line telephone, order compilation, and filing to maintain customer records and account information.
- Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers.
- Actively involved in continuous process improvement within and between departments
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or help desk capacity.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Knowledge of UNIX (preferred).
- Computer proficiency.
- Self-directed, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Time Management : the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization in a team environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Pay Rate / Shifts :
- $20.00 to $25.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
