Experience : 5 years minimum experience; Charge Nurse experience required
License : Valid WI License required at time of submission
Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS (Required); TNCC (Preferred)
Must-Have :
- Previous experience as a traveler with extensions and renewals preferred
- 2 supervisor references required
- COVID-19 Vaccine : Not Required
- Flu Vaccine : Required; Medical / Religious Exemptions Only
Job Description :
- Work in the Emergency Services department with night shifts
- Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must be willing to float or flex between units when needed
- Completion of orientation : 8 hours
- Completion of mandatory modules during orientation, up to 8 hours
- Responsible for compliance to complete and upload necessary documentation within specified timeframe
- Experience with Cerner is preferred, please specify years of experience
- Must be willing to adjust schedule for lab appointments within required timeframe
- Candidates will float within hospital when needed, specific to their specialty.
