MyData-TRUST is a company specialized in Privacy and Data Protection and exclusively dedicated to Life Sciences. MyData-trust-TRUST provides innovative solutions to supports clients with the implementation of international Privacy and Data Protection compliance.
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Developer to expand our activities in the USA.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business within your market territory.
- Actively prospect and identify new customers.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships.
- Oversee and manage an existing customer portfolio.
- Build, manage and present RFPs and lead cross-functional client bid defenses.
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends both locally and internationally.
- Draft, review and negotiate sales agreements and client contracts.
What are we looking for?
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar business development role.
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences sector, familiarity with Biotech and Clinical Research is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- A team player with the ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and MD-T business partners.
- Passion and curiosity for the Life Sciences sector and Privacy and Data Privacy to optimize success in the role.
- Ability to accept personal responsibility for producing results, both individually and as part of a team.
- Action oriented, results driven, and capable of meeting or exceeding project objectives.
- English speaker.
