Essential Therapy Solutions started in 2007 in response to the overwhelming number of families in our Arizona community requiring services. We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.
Our goal at Essential Therapy Solutions is simple to be a leader in supporting families and providers in our community.. We accomplish this by providing the highest quality services, information and resources to our families. Our goals are accomplished by the commitment of every employee.

Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine areas of improvementDevelop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needsImplement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance patients' daily living skillsEducate patients and their families on coping strategies and assistive devicesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryDocument patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notesAdvocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplacesStay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapyQualifications :
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR / L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist including certifications and / or licensuresMust be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardBilingual English / Spanish skills is a plus, but not requiredSkills :
Ability to handle workload and travel to client's homesAbility to build rapport with patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesMust have basic computer skills, including word processingMust have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPay : $75 - $100 per / hr
