Duties & responsibilities

PSC Team Leader shall perform the following tasks.

• Responsible for direct supervision of 15 or above PSC Coordinators.
• Create and maintain a Staffing schedule that operated 24 / 7 / 365
• Responsible for the attainment of client set goals, efficiency targets and overall team performance.
• Performs consistent and affective coaching session to address performance gaps.
• Analyses coordinator’s performance management to improve challenged team members.
• Performs Quality Assurance assessments.
• Will be instrumental in the Training programming and facilitation of the Training Program

To meet the Duties and Responsibilities detailed above per the client SLA’s and KPIs

Employee specification

• A good understanding of Helpdesk operations and processes is highly desirable
• At least 1 to 2 years management experience in customer service environment
• Good analytical and PC skills are essential.
• Experience of Automatic Call Distribution, Client Relationship Mgmt. Systems and business intelligence tools

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is :

40,100.00 58,100.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
