A Day in the Life of a TESOL Teacher at PSI
As a TESOL Teacher , your key responsibilities include :
- Delivering high-quality and engaging English language lessons across different educational settings.
- Conducting language proficiency assessments to evaluate the needs of students and inform lesson planning.
- Designing instructional plans that address the academic and functional needs of English Language Learners (ELLs).
- Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to promote academic success and social integration for ELL students.
- Helping children overcome language barriers while building confidence and academic skills.

What We're Looking For :
To be considered for this TESOL Teacher position at PSI, candidates must meet the following requirements :
- TESOL or TEFL Certificate (required).
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Teaching License issued by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) (preferred).
- Spanish fluency (preferred, but not required).
- Experience working with ELL students in a classroom setting is a plus.
