What You’ll Do :
- Meet and exceed billable hour targets (140 hours / month)
- Provide legal analysis, counsel, and courtroom representation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and supervise paralegal staff
- Build strong client relationships and grow the firm’s client base
Qualifications :
- Proven ability to connect with and advocate for family law clients
- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
Compensation, Perks And Benefits :
- 26% of fees generated + bonuses
- Up to $5K in relocation assistance
