What You Need :
- Experience : 5+ years of construction Safety experience in the Masonry and / or Concrete Field (Preferred)
- Knowledge : In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, particularly in Masonry.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Certification : OSHA 10 / 30 / 500 certification Required; OSHA 510 / 500 Preferred
- Language : Bilingual proficiency in English / Spanish (Spanish is a MUST)
Your Role :
- Conduct pre-construction job-site walkthroughs and generate site-specific safety plans.
- Review safety section of construction contracts and provide feedback and redlines.
- Perform regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company safety regulations.
- Lead safety audits, document hazardous conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate new hire safety orientations and provide ongoing safety training and education.
- Accidents investigation and near-miss incidents; file appropriate paperwork and documentation needed.
- Work with executives to manage workers compensation claims and handling.
- Coordinate with injured employees and clinics to ensure compliance with return-to-work policies.

- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work as needed
- Work Location : On-site, multiple locations
