Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Associate to join our growing team.
AO serves as the largest distribution system of Globe Life Insurance Company, with agents currently assisting families in 19 states and 7 Canadian provinces from over 40 offices around the continent.
We seek driven professionals to join our fully virtual and work-from-home team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer insurance requirements.
- Display a resilient work ethic and an unwavering determination for success.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
What you’ll need :
- US Citizenship is required.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
