Some Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager :
- Lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units. Direct report to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
- P erform a range of duties including; maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Requirements for RN Unit Manager :
- Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
