In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers!Essential Functions : Perform system root cause analysis including exploring raw data, understanding system behavior and performance, and providing analysis in presentation or whitepaper format Analyze system test results to ensure requirements are being met Frequently interface with other teams or functions within the program to support their data analysis needs Develop and maintain system dashboardsThe systems engineer chosen for this position will require experience with Anaconda Python including Jupyter Notebooks, Spyder, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, or SQLite Experience with MATLAB is requiredDomain knowledge of DoD radar, missile, satellite, or aircraft systems is requiredExperience with Root Cause Analysis in DoD systems is requiredExperience with extracting, processing, and exploring raw system data to identify and characterize time series events is requiredExperience with modeling and simulation processes is requiredObtain a TS / SCI clearance.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Active US government secret security clearance.Preferred Additional Skills : Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Data, or Software-related fieldExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractorsAbility to negotiate solutions among functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated by related work experienceStrong coordination and organization skills with a focus on detailsOrganized and detail-orientedRational DOORsSysML / MBSEAras Innovator In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $74,000.

00 - $138,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
