Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position in Illinois requiring an active IL RN license and AHA certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • Assignment duration is 13 weeks
  • All applicants must provide two professional references and a copy of their Driver’s License
  • Local candidates are accepted but may receive a reduced pay rate according to the facility’s radius rule
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required for assignment
  • First-time travelers may be considered
  • Candidates should discuss potential contract extensions with management 45 days before end of assignment

    • Requirements

  • Active IL RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience
  • Current BLS certification through AHA required
  • Current ACLS certification through AHA required
  • Current NRP certification through AHA / American Academy of Pediatrics required
  • Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Applicants must possess a valid US Social Security Number and US residential address
