Job Description :

We are is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with personal errands and tasks for executives.
• Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
