Job Description :

The RN Clinical Expanded Role will serve as a service line specialist, focusing on one area of expertise within a specific hospital or care site department. This role is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and evaluating projects and assignments related to their specialty. The RN Clinical Expanded Role provides clinical expertise, consultation, education, and research to their designated area, acting as a change agent by accepting and facilitating change. The incumbent is proactive and assumes a clinical leadership position.

• Shift Details : Full time (36 budgeted hours). Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
• Unit / Location : Home location- Riverton Oncology. This position will float to all 4 locations : Riverton Hospital, LDS Hospital, Alta View Hospital, Intermountain Medical Center.
• Preferred Qualifications : Oncology experience preferred, chemotherapy knowledge preferred, BSN preferred, high level triage experience highly preferred.
• Additional Details : This RN will be on standby shifts and be assigned to a Medical Oncology clinic for chosen days of the week. They will be guaranteed the 36 hours per week but may not know where they work until the day of their shift. There will likely be set days at certain locations 1-2 days per week. Clinics that this role will support are the outpatient Medical Oncology clinics at Riverton Hospital, Alta View Hospital, LDS Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$36.71 - $56.17
