As the Director, Accounts Receivable, will oversee, develop, and be accountable for $10-$20 million client revenue and lead a team of 5-15 individuals. This individual should have a successful track record of driving results to meet performance SLA’s, expertise in RCM accounts receivable, and demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and grow a team. Focus will be on optimizing our operation, partnering with the Vice President, Accounts Receivable, to create and drive strategy. This role will work closely with the Accounts Receivable offshore department leaders / team as well as the Claims, Client Success and Charge Posting-Payment Posting, and Refunds teams.
