Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Supervisor to join our growing team. This key role is responsible for leading and overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water, fire, and mold mitigation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary on-site lead, supervising and coordinating restoration technicians, subcontractors, and laborers.

Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire / smoke damage mitigation using specialized equipment and techniques.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, scope changes, and timelines.

Complete detailed project documentation, including job notes, change orders, daily logs, and final reports.

Train, mentor, and develop restoration technicians to enhance their technical skills and job performance.
