Key Responsibilities
Support workforce planning and resource management across all IT departments
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into staffing trends and utilization
Collaborate with HR and department managers to align workforce strategies with business goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
Background in HR, procurement, or supply chain
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard / report creation
Understanding of healthcare operations and compliance is required
