job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or control systems engineering Expertise with Rockwell Automation platforms AVEVA System Platform (Wonderware) preferred Strong knowledge of Modbus, Ethernet / IP, and industrial communication protocols Familiarity with process instrumentation VFDs , and motor control systems Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Willingness to travel up to 35%

Base pay range
$110,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr
Join a growing engineering team delivering advanced industrial automation and control system solutions . We're seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration to lead high-impact automation projects from concept through commissioning.
What You'll Do :
- Design, program, and commission PLC and HMI systems (Rockwell ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View)
- Lead industrial control system projects across multiple industries
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation and process control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
- Create detailed documentation, test plans, and control system validation reports
- Mentor junior engineers and support 24 / 7 operations as needed
