Qualifications : RN license from your home country; NCLEX pass USRN eligibility ; English sufficient for RN duties.

Compensation & Benefits : USD 40+ / hour (based on experience); 10 Days Paid Leave; Health Insurance.

Schedule : 5×8h (8a–3 : 30p / 3p–11 : 30p / 11p–7 : 30a) or 3×12h (7a–7 : 30p / 7p–7 : 30a).

Timeline (RN) : I-140 filing opens November 4, 2025 (ongoing until filled).

Contract : 3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).

DPS Support : Online onboarding, clinical English, and U.S. practice adaptation.

????? CNA / MA (Unskilled – EB-3)

Pay Rate : USD 20–24 / hour (experience-based).

No prior certification required. U.S. certification & training completed after arrival (approved program; classroom + clinical).

English : Basic clinical communication.

Schedule : 5×8h or 3×12h (same as above).

Contract : 3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).

Processed under a legitimate employer-filed EB-3 petition (PERM + I-140 filed by the employer).
