About the Company
- CFS of New York is working with a Engineering firm as they are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team
- Our client boasts one of the largest real estate portfolios in the US, as they own properties including retail, residentials, office, and hotel buildings
- This role reports to the Senior Billing Specialist and will be located in their Midtown NY office daily

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :
- Conducting billing for contracts on residential properties and commercial properties
- Bookkeeping responsibilities for each project
- Communicating with customers and billing department to ensure payments are inputted in a timely manner
- Depositing checks to the bank
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :
- 2+ years of relevant billing / AP / Bookkeeping experience
- Deltek Ajera is a plus
