We are seeking a Part-Time Music Therapist with geriatric or hospice experience for our Milwaukee and Waukesha County territories. Work approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment
- Provide individual patients music therapy using instrumental, vocal, or recorded music with goals to reduce physical symptoms of pain, agitation and shortness of breath
- Complete documentation following each visit
- Adjust care plan as needed
- Participate in team meetings
