Asa Business Controller you will play a pivotal role in the companysjourney toward transforming the world through innovation.

You willwork closely with the Finance and Operations team and report to theVP of Accounting based in Norway. This role is integral to thecompanys mission of creating an abundant supply of physical labourthrough safe intelligent androids that work alongsidehumans.

KeyResponsibilities :

Lead the USfinancial operations including accounting processes payrollmanagement and financialreporting.

Administer andinnovate the employee benefits program ensuring comprehensivecoverage and legalcompliance.

Drive cash flowmanagement and forecasting identifying trends and setting accurateprojections.

Championcontinuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and establishbestpractices.

MustHaves :

Background inFinance Accounting or a relatedfield.

Provenexperience as a Business Controller or in a similar role ideallywithin a technologydrivenorganization.

Strong knowledgeof financial and administrative management principles practices andregulatoryrequirements.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels oftheorganization.

Strong businessacumen and the ability to understand the strategic goals of thecompany.

Goodunderstanding of IT applications and advanced proficiency inMicrosoftExcel.

Ability to workindependently and be selfdriven as well as collaboratively as partof ateam.

Detailorientedandorganized.
