Salary : $24+ / hour
Ellingson is hiring for an Operator to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.
This position is based out of our shop in HARWOOD, ND.

The Operator will be responsible for the following :
- Operates construction equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Operates construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Travel will be required; travel within Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and the surrounding areas is possible.
- The ability to work hard while performing physically demanding work in the field in all weather conditions.
- Standing / walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc.
- Great attendance.
- A positive, flexible, teamwork attitude.
- Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
