Training Administrator
Mule-Hide Products, a part of ABC Supply, is looking for a Training Administrator to join the Mule-Hide Products team.
The Training Administrator is the key to the success of MuleHide's training program. MuleHide operates both local and remote training centers, actively training contractors and distribution partner associates weekly. As the central point of contact for all training operations, the Training Administrator ensures that everythingfrom scheduling to logistics to final follow-upis executed seamlessly. This position reports directly to MuleHide's Training Manager and is based at MuleHide's National Support Center in Beloit, WI.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, manage, and confirm training center reservation requests
- Communicate directly with Territory Managers to schedule training events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Training Center calendars
- Coordinate all training logistics, including :
- Negotiate hotel pricing and create group room block reservations
- Prepare and submit timely rooming lists for training attendees
- Process and submit invoices related to training logistics
- Send invitations, reminders, and notifications to training participants
- Manage customer training registrations, confirmations, and cancellations
- Track and maintain training records and attendance data
- Manage and replenish training center inventory and literature
- Maintain training center forms, templates, and documentation
- Oversee monthly updates and maintenance of QR codes and digital links related to training
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new Territory Managers and NSC Associates
- Provide administrative support for office needs and other assigned activities
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling or registration platforms preferredAbility to build effective working relationships with internal staff, leadership, and external vendorsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and logistics managementProblem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issuesAbility to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a teamFlexibility to support occasional travel or extended hours during peak training eventsBenefits
