Key Responsibilities : Manage High-Volume Warm Marketing Leads : Provide personalized attention to a high volume of incoming leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported promoting marketing ideals.
Engage and Qualify Customers : Articulate our various promotional packages clearly and assess customer needs to tailor the perfect solution.
Collaborate with Team Members : Work seamlessly with our customer service and sales teams to effectively meet client demands.
Coach and Inspire : Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, driving their professional growth and development.
Promote a Positive Work Environment : Foster an inspiring and motivating atmosphere that reflects our brand’s integrity and values.
Ensure Operational Excellence : Adhere to and execute operational policies to maintain our high brand standards. Communicate Promotions and Incentives : Keep the team updated on current promotions, contests, and incentives to enhance performance and engagement.
