Job Description :

We are is seeking a dynamic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, helping to create memorable experiences for our clients and promoting the Questify Fitness brand.

Pay Range : $1150 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including fitness classes, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Help with event setup, breakdown, and logistics, ensuring that all details are executed smoothly.
• Support the Events Manager in managing vendor relationships, securing venues, and organizing event materials.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, including budgets, schedules, and attendee lists.
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including surveys, thank-you emails, and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
