Cable Harness Assembler

Cable Harness Assembler $21-25hr

Cable and harness assembler will follow all process instructions to assemble product per IPC 620.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

None

Duties / Responsibilities :

Cutting

Crimping

Stripping

Tinning

Winding

Soldering

Performs all related operation steps for cable assembly

Applying shrink tubing

Applying connectors

Measuring cut lengths

Terminations

Adheres to all safety requirements

Follows prints and work instructions to construct cable and wire harness assemblies

Applied related hardware per print

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to measure dimensions properly

Should have a working knowledge of all related cable assembly tools such as crimpers,

Wire strippers, soldering irons and specialized equipment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Will be required to log labor hours and complete work travelers associated with jobs

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good manual dexterity and working with small fine wires and making precision cuts.
