00 - $50.00+ per hour - Depending on Experience Full Job DescriptionCraft Pro Masonry Restoration Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Residential Construction Foreman to join our award-winning, growing team.

This full-time, labor-intensive role offers the opportunity to progress within the company while leading construction projects through all phases of the building process.

Founded in 2010, the company builds on over 15 years of industry experience to offer expert evaluations, problem-solving, and customized solutions for building owners, property managers, and condo associations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Management : Lead and manage varying construction projects and crew sizes from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

  • Safety Enforcement : Maintain a safe work environment, promoting a 'safety first' mindset, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Team Leadership : Inspect work for compliance with contract plans and specifications, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Material Management : Order necessary materials and manage resources efficiently to meet project demands.-Reporting : Regularly report project progress to the owner and communicate any issues or delays.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and organized.-Adaptability : Handle the pressures of intense project deadlines and adapt to varying project requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Foreman, prefferably with experience with brick and facade stabilization.

Skills : Strong working knowledge and abilities related to masonry work, including the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools, layout tools, and measurement tools.

Ability to operate Boom Lifts is highly preferred.-Physical Requirements : Must be able to meet all physical demands, including climbing, working at heights (up to 200 ft), and working in confined spaces.

  • Communication : Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions effectively.-Problem-Solving : Strong management and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues on-site.
  • Licenses and Tools : Must possess a current Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and all required tools for the job.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : -Certifications : OSHA 10 Certification, Swing Stage Scaffold Certification, High Reach Operator Certification.
  • Technical Skills : Ability to read and interpret specifications, sketches, and blueprints related to masonry work. Ability to take detailed pictures and project notes.
