The Site Supervisor will oversee subcontractors and internal crews on banking projects throughout the Midwest, including Warren, MI.

Responsibilities :
- Travel to active job sites across the Midwest region, potentially extending nationwide (20 50% travel, project-dependent).
- Coordinate workflow and ensure subcontractor crews are effectively deployed.
- Manage the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to job sites.
- Supervise primarily subcontractors, with some involvement in self-performing work.
- Understand labor requirements across trades to ensure project schedules are met.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Team Leads throughout project lifecycles.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Navigate operational spaces efficiently, ensuring all parties are accommodated.
- Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by project demands.
- Log relevant project activities accurately in the company database.
- Uphold on-site safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in commercial carpentry.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region, and potentially nationwide.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and Crew Leads.
- Proficiency in managing subcontractors.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans and specifications.
- Previous experience in ground-up commercial construction is preferred.
- Demonstrated construction leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Basic proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
Compensation :
- Base salary in the 70k - 90k / year range
