Trauma Program Manager - Full Time, Days

We are seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager to join our team at a leading medical center in Modesto, California . In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Administrator to promote optimal care for critically injured patients. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the care of trauma patients, ensuring best practices in clinical care.
• Manage and maintain trauma registry records, including Quality Improvement reports.
• Develop and implement educational programs for trauma personnel, covering both prevention and all phases of trauma care.
• Monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization and ensure coordination of trauma services.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, planning, leadership, and continuous quality improvement for trauma services.
