Key Responsibilities

• Support the product development and release of two main product suites : Data Enrichment (Phone, Email, Address) and Data Quality / Governance (Hosted / Non-hosted SaaS, Aperture Data Studio).
• Work directly with the VP of Product to ensure both tactical plans and strategic vision are appropriate and position product suite for growth and success.

This includes roadmap planning and publication.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing.
• Provide product management support to the EDQ product team that manages competitive analysis, pricing, product version, Sales support, and Operations enablement.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators for Product Performance including product booking and revenue reviews, product adoption rates, and key client usage.
• Perform Voice of Customer sessions to obtain client feedback and integrate as appropriate into product upgrades / enhancements.
• Work closely with North America and Group / Central UK product teams acting as team liaison and point of contact for development opportunities that drive revenue growth and new logo campaigns.
• Create, develop, and launch appropriate use cases for the expansion of the EDQ product suite.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team regarding the creation of client-facing materials including user guides, collateral, and quick reference sheets for product enablement.
• Act as a partner to Marketing and Sales in support of product training and creation of Sales enablement materials.
• Work closely with Product Managers / Leaders across Experian business units to stay connected to the needs of the users.
• Work closely with software developers and engineers who have primary responsibilities for product upgrades and enhancement, including ability to work in Agile methodology.
• Understand product bugs and defects to ensure corrections and remediations are completed.
• Work closely with EDQ Operations to support the delivery and access of EDQ products and solutions.
• Make decisions on behalf of the Product team to move projects and programs forward.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management as a product owner or product manager, or 4+ years of experience working as a consultant in a product solutions management role, or 4+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Demonstrated experience in Software as a Solution.
• Strong background in data quality, data enrichment, and data governance.
• Experience with broad regulatory agencies (e.g., CFPB, OCC, FTC) and requirements (e.g., Privacy, GLB, FCRA).
• Experience in at least one of the following industries : Financial Services / Retail Banking, FinTech, Consumer Retail, Healthcare, Commercial / Small Business, Mortgage, Automotive, Marketing Services.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and webpage workflow.
• Experience working with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira, and experience with Salesforce or related product tools.
• Experience working in Agile Development environment.
• Experience working with stakeholders to drive decision points and resolutions.
• Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation.
• Capable of making key decisions for product releases.
• Experience ensuring teams uphold the highest standards and effectiveness in delivering product roadmap and vision.
• Demonstrated ability to work on virtual global teams.
• Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
• Experience working on both new enhancement and maintenance software development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in product / operations management, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field required.
