My client is seeking a talented Commercial Transactional Real Estate Partner with a portable book for business to join their esteemed team.

What are they looking for?

As a Commercial Transactional Real Estate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in their firm’s real estate practice group.

Drawing upon your expertise and client relationships, you will lead complex transactions, provide strategic counsel, and drive business development initiatives.

Your portable book of business with complement their existing client base and contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.

• Responsibilities
• Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including contract negotiations, de diligence, title issues, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to grow your practice and contribute to the firm’s overall success
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the diverse needs of their clients and exceed their expectations
• Stay abreast of legal developments, industry trends, and market conditions to provide proactive and innovative solutions that add value to their clients’ businesses
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law, with a demonstrated track record of success in handling complex transactions
• Established portable book of business with a strong client base and track record of business development
