Job Summary :

This role involves handling routine administrative tasks, ordering flowers, coordinating office supplies, and assembling and mailing client gifts.
Daily use of Salesforce CRM is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order flowers and oversee other client engagement activities, such as preparing and mailing cards.
- Assemble and send client gifts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Address phone calls and emails related to administrative matters.
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to update and manage information.
- Support general administrative functions in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
