This is a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Associate who is looking to grow, develop, and learn multiple areas of law including employment, commercial, and civil litigation .

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Gaining diverse legal exposure by working on cases across employment, commercial, and civil litigation .
• Case Management : Handle a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tort claims, contract disputes, and employment litigation, from inception through resolution.
• Drafting Pleadings & Motions : Draft and file complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and other pleadings.

Prepare discovery requests, responses, and subpoenas.

Discovery & Fact Investigation : Conduct thorough discovery, including reviewing documents, interrogatories, and depositions.

Investigate facts, gather evidence, and build a solid case for trial.

Court Representation : Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and motions practice. Present oral arguments, examine witnesses, and handle evidentiary issues.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $180K

Work-Life Balance : 1800 billable hour requirement with hybrid work options
