We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for an upscale restaurant in Baton Rouge .

This restaurant is known for it’s exceptional service, world class cocktails and wines, and an elevated menu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for the restaurant industry and wants to join a great team with opportunities for growth and great work-life balance.

Compensation : $60,000-$70,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + medical benefits, PTO, and more!

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
  • Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
