We are in search of a Systems Administrator to be part of our team in the Real Estate & Property industry located in Costa Mesa, California.
The hired professional will serve as the main point of contact for all technology-related matters, including client / server hardware, user onboarding, and technology support.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for all technology-related issues and solutions within the company
- Prepare and troubleshoot client / server hardware and ensure efficient onboarding of users
- Develop and implement solutions on Microsoft Office 365 and provide general technology support
- Demonstrate expertise in supporting end users in a Microsoft client and cloud technology environment
- Utilize Office 365 technologies such as Exchange Online SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Understand and apply foundational cybersecurity concepts to ensure a safe and secure technology environment
- Use Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to deploy and maintain client hardware across the organization
- Leverage PowerShell scripting to manage Azure and Office 365 technologies
- Monitor, report, and log technology assets for efficient systems management
- Work with database technologies to query and analyze data
- Troubleshoot client issues in a help desk environment and provide effective solutions
- Utilize Cisco Meraki technologies including firewalls, switches, and access points
- Perform network troubleshooting and configuration as necessary
- Engage with commercial real estate applications such as Yardi
- Build effective relationships while maintaining neutrality to make solid and unbiased recommendations
- Respond to emergency situations during off hours when necessary.
- Candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Systems Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry.
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.
- Must have solid knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies.
- Experience in managing and maintaining databases is required.
- Proficiency in Active Directory is essential.
- Must have experience with Backup Technologies and managing Computer Hardware.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Microsoft Defender, and Windows Defender is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SharePoint is essential.
- Knowledge of VMware and VMware Technologies is required.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Must have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Must have a willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
