job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries and provide holistic case management services Assist employees with financial, health, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with benefit plans Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve each case with high problem-solving and customer service standards Build customer trust through empathetic and personalized conversations, adjusting case management plans as needed Consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service focus with prioritization of quality and customer experience Understanding of benefit terms and programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly pivoting through several communication forms Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment
