Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Assistant with at least six years of experience to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional multitasking, organization, and the ability to work seamlessly with multiple attorneys and personalities. You will be a critical part of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines efficiently.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
- Coordinate and organize client communications, case files, and discovery materials.
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and court personnel.
- Assist attorneys with research, case preparation, and trial logistics.
- Support multiple attorneys simultaneously, adapting to varying work styles and priorities.
