We're seeking a savvy E-Commerce Web Developer to spearhead our online presence and elevate our client's E-Commerce platform.

This role is all about strategy, development, and maintenance of our website, ensuring it's not just functional but also delivers a top-notch experience for both our B2C and B2B clientele.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented with exceptional communication and project management skills, ready to collaborate with various teams to achieve our online goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for website development and updates, overseeing the migration from Kentico to Adobe Commerce (Magento 2).
• Craft and maintain all necessary documents outlining website requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements, optimize performance, scalability, and security, and enhance user experience across devices.
• Assist in troubleshooting platform issues, offering solutions for both Kentico and Adobe Commerce.
• Create and manage content pages with a focus on SEO, ensuring our site ranks well on search engines.
• Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and optimize website performance.
• Prioritize responsive design, especially for mobile users, to ensure seamless browsing experiences.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, reporting on results and implementing SEO best practices.
• Grow our email newsletter membership and analyze campaign results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology, adapting learnings to maintain brand standards.
• Assess existing customer-facing content, identify new content needs, and incorporate user feedback into website improvements.
• Support social media objectives by executing technical requirements.
• Utilize digital asset management systems for website needs and workflow updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology with a focus on website management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, particularly in B2C and B2B digital communications and ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Kentico and Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), including API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce best practices.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Google Analytics and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, multi-channel funnels, and revenue attribution models.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
