Decisions made within this ecosystem have far-reaching impact on device quality, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning.

Today, signals from the market, customers, partners, and telemetry are often handled manually, reactively, and in fragmented ways. This role exists to change that.

The Principal Product Manager - AI-Driven Insights & Ecosystem Intelligence will lead the transformation of how datatelemetry, market feedback, customer signals, and partner intelligenceis used to drive OEM strategy, product decisions, and share protection. This role builds the systems and automation that convert raw input into meaningful action and influence across teams.

This is a strategic, horizontal role reporting directly to the CVP, operating across OEM engineering, commercial insights, ecosystem partnerships, and product influence.
