QSR Recruiting is looking for two QSR Recruiting Specialists.

This is a remote job that can be done from anywhere in the United States.

We are looking for two individuals who would like to help our core team build and protect a brand by making decisions that align with their desire to help others, and their core values.

We are looking for highly experienced QSR Operators that have always been the SME for recruiting in their region or area.

Must have an incredible passion for the QSR Industry and the amazing operators, and servant leaders in the industry. Must have a passion for the great QSR Brands that pave opportunities for so many to grow themselves and others.

Must have incredible energy, and a strong desire to help others. In fact, the desire to help others is a key characteristic that will allow you to follow your passion, not just dollars.

We exist because we serve our Client's and Candidate's needs by doing what is RIGHT FOR THEM.

We want former operators who loved living within their four walls and consistently exceeded the company standards regarding training and development, bench building, work environment, employee recognition, and most of all remember how important it was to pack their own sunshine before crossing the threshold of restaurant each day.

Must have the understanding that in QSR the only way to earn respect is side-by-side, hands on leadership.

We want QSR Leaders who love to talk with other QSR Operators about what makes them successful, why they chose QSR as a career, and most importantly their track record in developing and growing people.

Must be fluent in QSR and have deep knowledge of the metrics used in the industry to measure performance and success such as : SOS, Food Cost Variance, Turnover, 90-day turnover, Labor Control, Expense Management, Overtime Management, Churn, Staffing Goals, Training Tracking, Budgets, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, and every other metric that directly or indirectly impacts a P&L's flow-thru and bottom line.

Must be Serve Safe Certified, and a Food Safety Expert. Must be able to talk to operators of different brands about the difference between a Food Safety Critical and a Food Safety Violation, Corrective Actions, HACCP analysis, critical control points, and record keeping and documentation.

Looking for those that have experience with QSR turn-around situations, and can remember what kind of upfront investment was needed to get a foothold and inspire positive change.

Must have knowledge regarding QSR Sales Growth strategies that strong operators use to build their business (transactions) within the four walls (minus price increases, and promotional products).

Need to understand how deployment, rush readiness, working equipment, goal setting, and communication play key roles in executing and achieving SOS goals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through the ability to key in and ask questions that reveal the candidates coachability, desire, resiliency, grit, and gauge if they have that unrelenting desire to climb the rankings of a QSR Group and be the best.

You have to be able to differentiate not only those who just want a paycheck, and those who love what they do but also between game-changing talent and good talent.

They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not necessary)
  • 10 years of QSR Operations and Servant Leader experience.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Must have a STRONG desire to attend their children's plays, parent lunches with elementary school children, t-ball games, parent teacher conferences, family get togethers, BBQs with friends and family, and to strengthen their relationships with their significant others, friends, and family.
