Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to join our Utah team. The Jr. Data Analyst works as a liaison between operations and department heads to develop and maintain data reporting across multiple business platforms to achieve overall business strategies. This role will work closely with the team leads and other team members in several departments to support and implement new systems, build reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and potentially other platforms. This role will also assist with critical business systems integrations and various projects to ensure business leaders, support staff, and field personnel have the tools and information needed to make decisions with increased efficiency.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities :

• Reporting and Dashboards : Assist with creating and maintaining business-critical reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Documentation : Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation for platform reporting / dashboards.
• Reporting Packages : Generate, organize, and report monthly reporting packets for organizational leadership.
• Data Integration : Assist with various application data integrations utilizing corporate-sponsored and approved integration tools and platforms.
• Data Management : Assist with developing and implementing strategies regarding holistic data management.
• Expectations : Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Documentation & Collaboration : Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of reporting systems and integrations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven insights.
