Job Description
Healthcare IT installation and support technical lead;
Agilant is seeking qualified IT installation and support technician with 1 to 2 years of experience working in healthcare and hospital environments to support our growing customer base within the healthcare vertical.
The position will include travel to multiple sites within the 5 boroughs performing deployments of new technology and mobile technology carts as well as ongoing support and issue resolution of existing and new carts.
- Knowledge of windows, macOS
- PC setup and cable management
- PC imaging
- Experience with installation of hardware (HD’s / Memory)
- Time management
- Service now experience (would be a bonus)
- Customer service
- Ability to communicate efficiently and professional via emails / teams
- Experience with installation of local printers and network printers (preferably zebra / Hp
- Active Directory experience(preferred)
- Experience with Kronos clock installations
- Experience using remoting in tools such as (Bomgar / RDP

Do you have a vehicle or access to one that can be used for work? Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Live in the vicinity of Port Washington is a plus.
