Position Overview :
CMS Energy is seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Electric Scheduling Administrative Support I professionals. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the scheduling and coordination of electric-related projects and resources. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting internal communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and organization of scheduling packets and documentation.
- Submit and track Miss Dig requests to ensure safe digging practices.
- Support schedulers by managing calendars, coordinating activities, and stepping in during absences.
- Utilize internal tools and systems including SAP, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support electric operations and scheduling.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications : Required :
High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.Basic knowledge of SAP and Adobe Acrobat.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Associate’s Degree (not required, but a plus).Prior administrative or scheduling support experience, especially in utilities or engineering environments.
