Inside Sales Agent
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various channels and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Duties :
- Generates quotes and orders for customers.
- Coordinates Shop drawings with Engineering
- Acts as main contact person for customers regarding sales questions, including providing product education and explaining company literature.
- Provides training to users navigating the company website.
- Provides basic level customer support for company bid program.
Experience :
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must be able to read and understand English and to clearly communicate over the telephone.
- Must have basic computer skills that include use of email, Microsoft Word, navigation of the company website, and ability to operate a calculator.
- Must have ability to operate standard office equipment such as copiers and telephones.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and drawings.
- Must possess strong written skills, including the ability to compose a formal letter.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must work well under pressure and time restraints.
- General knowledge of construction and construction terms a plus
